Founded in the spring of 2019, Right Way Hauling is a full-service junk removal and demolition company based in Louisville, Kentucky. What began as a local, family-driven business has grown into a trusted name in residential and commercial cleanup services across Louisville and Southern Indiana.
The company was established by Marvin R. Greenfield and his wife, both born and raised in Louisville. Together, they combined Marvin’s background as a union ironworker (Local 70) and his wife’s dedication to hospitality to build a business centered on integrity, hard work, and genuine customer care.
As a family of eight—with four daughters, one son, and one granddaughter—the Greenfields understand the importance of preserving and improving the environment for future generations. That’s why Right Way Hauling is committed not only to removing unwanted debris, but doing so responsibly, ethically, and with pride in every job.
The name Right Way Hauling is more than just branding—it’s a legacy. It comes from Marvin’s father, whose favorite quote hung by his chair and continues to guide the company to this day:
“If a task is once begun, never leave it ‘till it’s done.
Be the labor big or small, do it RIGHT or not at all!”
