Ali Yoder

Ali Yoder is the co-founder of 2A Talent Resource, an outsourced HR consulting firm helping small and midsize businesses gain access to top-tier HR expertise without the overhead of a full-time team. After nearly 20 years in the corporate HR world, Ali discovered her true passion—partnering with growing companies to simplify compliance, strengthen people practices, and protect leaders from costly missteps.

Originally from Michigan, Ali studied Human Resource Management at Western Michigan University before moving to Kentucky, where she has lived for the past 13 years. She is married with four kids and a golden retriever, Lulu—named after Jimmy Buffett’s sister’s restaurant. A lifelong Parrot Head, Ali even worked at Cheeseburger in Paradise during college.

When she’s not advising clients or speaking on HR trends, you’ll likely find her planning the next beach vacation, laughing with friends, or finding humor in the “you can’t make this stuff up” moments that only HR can deliver. Ali’s guiding philosophy is simple: find the positive, keep it real, and help others succeed.
